The Privateer© is a compact and highly adaptable SAR robot that is comperable in size to a gamecube.  The Privateer© gets around on four independently powered wheels.  In its base form it comes outfitted with a wireless color camera that is able to pan.  The system is extremely easy to use due to its video game like controlls and because it has plug-and-play deployment takes mere second, saving precious time that cannot afford to be wasted.

There is an additional set of push buttons on the back of the controller to actuate camera pan.  An additional ability of the Privateer© is that the chassis is made from steel much like an erector set.  This not only makes the robot light weight but it is also very easy to mount additional sensors and actuators and preform repairs in the field.
